How can I find my order number?

1. In your account page, here. This is the easiest way.
2. In your email order receipt – search your emails for “Keyy”
3. In your PayPal receipt, if you paid by PayPal – not the PayPal transaction ID, but further down… look for the words “Invoice ID:(some numbers)”

Failing that, we can usually find your order number from other information – just indicate that you don’t know it when filling in the support form.
