Re-establish identity

If you have lost access to a Keyy account, then please fill in this form to help with re-establishing of your identity. The more detail that you can supply to help prove that you are the account holder, the better. Keyy staff will then evaluate whether they are able to establish your ownership of the account, and respond to you appropriately.

Please note: this is only for if you can no longer log in to your websites via the mobile app because you have not got a copy of your private key, or if you cannot log in on getkeyy.com.
